Healthful Lifestyle Key to Good Health Lifestyle: includes how you live your life and everything you do. For a healthful lifestyle you need Regular physical activity. Effective ways to manage stress Good nutrition (nutrition: the processes by which your body uses nutrients in food for growth, energy and maintenance.)

Good Physical Health Promote or improve physical health Eat enough nutritious foods, and do not overeat. Eat breakfast daily Choose meals and snacks wisely. Maintain a healthy weight Drink enough water or other fluids daily. Include physical activity in your life Sleep at least eight hours daily. Follow good hygiene habits Wear your seatbelt in the car and safety gear for sports Regular medical and dental checkups Avoid tobacco, alcoholic beverages and harmful drugs Stay informed about nutrition & wellness

Mental & Emotional Health How you deal with daily life and how you feel about yourself reflect your mental and emotional health.
