Strategic Military Effects/Outcomes Training & Education Syndicate 4 Ready and Resilient – fully trained and educated, CIMIC personnel and CIMIC trained forces, both individually and collectively, to make an effective contribution to the Comprehensive Approach in operations. Objective 1: “Military policy training” Effective training solutions on the strategic level in place Objective 2: “CIMIC assessment capability” Effective integration of CIMC estimate/assessment into the decision making process established Objective 3: “NATO/EU Cooperation” Effective training coordination with the EU utilized 02 August 2019

Strategic Military Effects/Outcomes Training & Education Syndicate 4 NATO CIMIC personnel and NATO CIMIC assets are fully trained and educated, both individually and collectively, in order to make an effective contribution to the Comprehensive Approach in full spectrum operations, based on NATO doctrine and policy Objective 1: Education and training on all levels (POL to TACT) are in place and available based on SACEUR’s requirements Objective 2: Fully joint approach, including interaction between NATO disciplines, is in place Objective 3: Effective training, coordination, planning and execution with all possible partners Decisive Condition: Knowledge/Research/Concepts are in place and ready to implement into ETEE 02 August 2019

Strategic Military Effects/Outcomes Objective 1: Education and training on all levels (POL to TACT) are in place and available based on SACEUR’s requirements Objective 2: Fully joint approach, including interaction between NATO disciplines, is in place Objective 3: Effective training, coordination, planning and execution with all possible partners Action/Effect 1: Validation/certification iot meet the NATO requirements  RA/DH Certification/Evaluation or CREVAL process ACO FS Vol VII  Nation/1-up/J7 Coordination between different levels required (vertical alignment)  ACO Collective Academics/briefings and KLT are in place  ACO/ACT If able, spt Nations’ requests to meet NATO requirements  DH Action/Effect 2: Enhance awareness on all HQ’s/units/assets  COS/DCOS/ACOS Coordinate and assure quality  DH Maintain information management by sharing and exchanging information (vert + hor)  IM Reach back functionality in place  pan HQ/all functions Action/Effect 3: Establish and maintain “ETEE” Liaisonmatrix (incl KLE)  J9 Coordinate/interact/plan with white/grey cell partners; if possible share training activities both ways  J7/J9 Increase effectiveness of an operation by using the Functional Specialists within the Comprehensive Approach concept.  pan HQ/ J9 to coordinate PreCondition: HQ tasks on engagement and KLE are in place 02 August 2019
