M1 M2 M3 Source Sink WorkerPool Trolley Parking Container Storage Doc station M1 Doc station M2 Doc station M3 Sink Flow of the part through each process: Source Loading on Doc Station(M1) -> M1 -> Unloading on Doc Station(M1) Loading on Doc Station(M2) -> M2 -> Unloading on Doc Station(M2) Loading on Doc Station(M3) -> M3 -> Unloading on Doc Station(M3) Sink The part is carried in container which is carried on a trolley. The trolley is driven by worker. The worker has to drive a trolley-> pickup a container-> take raw part from Source and bring it to Doc station(M1). The worker will Set-Up M1, so part will be unloaded from container and loaded into M1. While the part is being processed, the worker brings back container to container storage and the trolley to the parking place. After the part is done processing, the worker will take the trolley, load the container on it and go to Doc station(M1) to pick up the part on container. Operator will then take that trolley to the next station in the process….. At the end, the finished part is on a container on a trolley driven by worker comes to M1 where finished part is unloaded and a new raw part is loaded. The process repeats
