Ways of Working This section sets out the procedure for working as a contractor with the CMSE Consultancy department This procedure is part of our ISO9001 quality management system manual and must be complied with Following the procedure ensures a consistent and efficient interaction with our clients and with you as a contractor We look forward to a successful working relationship with you as a Contractor.
Section 1. Job Details Agreed WAYs of WORKING Section 1. Job Details Agreed Before commencing any job an understanding of the fee/rate/duration must be agreed with the CMSE Manager you are dealing with in relation to the work The CMSE Manager must be updated at least weekly by email with progress on projects or jobs Only CMSE personnel may discuss commercial arrangements with the client unless there is an explicit agreement to do so If you, the contractor, are the point of contact with the client, there MUST be written evidence of Approval and/or PO number before starting work If additional costs are to be incurred outside the original scope of work for the client, approval must be received from the CMSE Manager before commencing same.
Section 2: Issue of CMSE Job Number WAYS OF WORKING Section 2: Issue of CMSE Job Number CMSE uses a task management software system called ProWorkFlow A CMSE Job Number (PWF****) will be issued to you as an instruction to commence work. Please reference this number in all correspondence with CMSE including invoices Electronic correspondence with the client should be made using a ______@cmse.ie email address. If applicable Reports and presentations must be on CMSE templates.
Section 3. Completing Work WAYS OF WORKING Section 3. Completing Work Reports must be prepared on the agreed CMSE Consultancy templates or formats Reports must watermarked with Draft Newly complete reports must be sent to your CMSE contact to arrange for quality check/peer review FYI reports must initially be issued to clients via the office in draft Adobe Acrobat format.
Section 4: Time Sheets/Invoices WAYS OF WORKING Section 4: Time Sheets/Invoices Contractors that work on a placement type role for one client must use Monthly or Weekly Client Sign-off Time Sheets All timesheets must be returned promptly and approved/signed by the appointed client representative Otherwise invoice monthly based on work completed Email invoices and timesheets on agreed basis to accounts@ cmse.ie. (PO/CMSE PWF Number must be referenced for each line item of invoice).
Representing Chris Mee Group WAYS OF WORKING Representing Chris Mee Group While undertaking work, please at all times represent yourself as a CMSE Consultancy and Chris Mee Group representative By this we mean use of branded PPE/clothing if required on site If CMSE branded clothing is not available please use neutral branded clothing unless otherwise agreed with the Consultancy Manager. Please familiarise yourself with all services offered by CMSE: Training, Consultancy, Recruitment and Carbon, across all business sectors nationally and internationally
