Restroom Expectations

To be careful not to do anything against someone's wishes or rights SHOW RESPECT To be careful not to do anything against someone's wishes or rights

Respect others personal space Keep hands and feet to self GIVE PEOPLE PRIVACY Respect others personal space Keep hands and feet to self Mind your own business

WAIT YOUR TURN Form a line Stay in line Be polite & patient

USE QUIET VOICES Remember: classes and people in the hallway can hear you 0-1 noise level

To behave in a sensible way which allows others to trust you Make Great Decisions To behave in a sensible way which allows others to trust you

FLUSH TOILETS & WASH HANDS Flush toilet when done Toilet paper goes in the toilet (not the trash can) Avoid getting others sick (germs on hands) Use soap and scrub for 15 seconds

PUT TRASH IN THE TRASH CAN Keep the restrooms clean Trash = paper towels, tissue, etc. It is your job, no one else’s

Solve that Problem To behave in a way that is not likely to cause any physical injury or harm

WALK TO AND FROM THE RESTROOMS Walk at all times Look straight ahead Keep hands/feet to yourself

HURRY BACK TO CLASS Go directly to and from restroom Class time is valuable, hurry back Take care of business and return immediately to class

REPORT PROBLEMS Broken toilets and/or sinks Lack of toilet paper and/or paper towels Sick students Students that are hiding and/or hanging out with friends TELL AN ADULT ASAP!
