217 Y GLOBAL TRENDS for real gender equality Social and demographic trends demonstrate that all questions linked to D&I are strategic: Age: the number of people aged 60 and plus will double by 2050. Migration and mix of population: it will also double by 2050 and reach 405 million people. Gender equality: if we do nothing, it will take 170 years to reach real gender equality on economic level.
