In small groups (up to 7 people) the retreat will run separately but alongside other groups staying at Trigonos at the same time. Using the main meeting room with a wonderful view of Snowdon as the group’s base, each day will start with a meeting of the group to plan the day (what individual’s want to do on their own and what the group might do together) and end with another gathering to share reflections.
