NYS Reading Requirements NYS requires each child to read the equivalent of 25 books a year. What does this mean for your child? What counts as 25 books: Text from all courses Magazines Newspaper articles DEAR (Drop Everything and Read)

English Language Arts Our Curriculum Vocabulary Spelling Literature Writing Grammar

Spelling and Vocabulary Alternate weeks Studied throughout the week Quiz at the end of each week Spelling and vocabulary lists available by request, or on the my website (lists included as we are working on each).
