2 Purpose Allow the institution to achieve improved efficiencies while providing a higher level of service to the campus than it could provide before Take repetitive common processes out of Units and moving them into a common organization, freeing up the units to spend more time focusing on their core competencies In conjunction with the Presidents Resource Summit conclusions, our campus is launching this effort to:
