Lace up those hiking boots Lace up those hiking boots! We are traveling around Western NY on an Earth Science virtual field trip!

As you move through this presentation, answer the questions on your activity sheet. Ask if you have questions and make sure to keep up! We don’t want to lose you!

Virtual field trip part 1…..

First stop: Rock area # 1 Write down your observations.

4. How do you think this type of rock was formed? 5. What can you infer about the environment around this area at the time these rocks formed?
