The Lone Elf

Once upon a time there was an elf that lived in Santa’s workshop Once upon a time there was an elf that lived in Santa’s workshop. His name was José. Right before Christmas he got tired of living in all the happiness so he decided to run away.

All of the other elves got worried for him because no one was ever able to go away into the candy cane forest and ever be heard from again. José was not afraid though.

During the night he packed up whatever he could carry and he was on his way. He had gotten very deep into the forest when he realized how lonely he was. He had no idea how long he had been out there or where he was.

He tried to turn around but he didn’t know which way was home He tried to turn around but he didn’t know which way was home. He decided to go to sleep for a little while and figure stuff out in the morning.

When he woke up, José started walking in the direction that he thought he came. He heard voices calling his name so he started running towards where he thought the voices were.

He finally found all of the other elves and they celebrated a wonderful Christmas together. José learned that it was never fun to be alone.
