Completion of programme The MSc programme has a duration of 2 years. Maximum time of study 120 ECTS passed in maximum 3 years Completion requirement The curriculum of the MSc programme specification must be followed

Study Activity Requirement There are two parallel requirements for studying at DTU (other activity requirements apply for SU) Study Activity Requirement 5 ECTS passed pr. year Accumulated Study Activity Requirement 30 ECTS passed 1. year 45 ECTS passed the following years

Exam and teaching registration Attempts Three attempts to pass each course Re-exams You plan your re-exam and register for it yourself Course responsible decides format of re-exam Exam Schedule Find it on DTU Inside for the next two years Avoid courses with same scedule number in the same teaching period Binding courses Courses become mandatory when exam registration period expires.

Failure to comply with the rules The rules are changing – stay updated The rules found on DTU Inside  Structure and rules, are always the newest version. If you fail to comply with the rules you need to apply for and be be granted an exemption in order to continue your studies. If you are in doubt whether you comply with the rules or not, please come by us in the Study Guidance Office – we are here to help you.
