TITLE I River Valley is a Title I school. This means that a certain percentage of our students are on Free and Reduced lunches. With Title I we are able to offer classes to those students that need the extra help. We are also able to receive Federal dollars to help support teachers and students. Since we are school wide, all students benefit from Title I. There will be a meeting on August 6 starting at 5:30 to discuss Title I.

Credits for Graduation Students must have 22 credits to graduate. Students in the Honors Program must complete 24 credits, sign an honors contract and put in community service hours. Students must complete the program to be eligible to be valedictorian and will receive recognition for completing program. Students have the opportunity to get 6 credits per year.

Credits for Graduation Students failing a class will need to do credit recovery online at a cost of $75. Credit recovery classes are offered throughout the school year and during the summer. This will include PE. Any student that is more than 1.5 credits behind may have to transfer to our online school, CRUHSD Academy, to get caught up on credits.
