HOMEWORK due in Wednesday 14th March Read at least 3 times and ask an adult to sign your reading diary to confirm. Learn your spellings. Complete detailed sentences and definitions in your homework book. Complete a times table grid over 5 nights. 3/2* - Where’s Wally? Underline or highlight the spelling and grammar errors in the sentences. Re-write them with the correct spelling and grammar. 1* - A Gusty day by the Seaside – Read through the passage and make changes to spellings. Then change or add any capital letters or missing punctuation. Due to the changes in the Literacy curriculum children in Year 6 are expected to be secure with all KS2 spellings. There will be no choice of spellings, in terms of degree of difficulty. All children, of all abilities, need to learn the following for next term: muscle necessary neighbour occur parliament privilege programme pronunciation recognise relevant Note: please encourage your child to present work in their homework book to a high standard.
