TILT Summer Conference Welcome to the TILT Summer Conference May 22-23, 2019

Mentoring and Evaluating Teaching at CSU What are we trying to do? In particular, are we trying to build a “better SET”, or do something different? For us, “mentor, then measure” theme. What does the extant literature tell us? What is the campus climate? What other pieces of the puzzle must we attend to? In particular, where does the mentoring and evaluation of teaching fit in the T&P landscape and annual merit reviews?
