UK Statistics - Training Drivers

CIVIL SERVICE REFORM To create a more open, diverse and professional Civil Service in which people will put the public’s interests first; innovate, create and learn; take personal responsibility; work in partnership with others; and use technology to deliver results of high quality and good value.

Aims and Objectives of National Statistics The primary aim of National Statistics is to provide an accurate, up-to-date, comprehensive and meaningful picture of the economy and society to support the formulation and monitoring of economic and social policies by government at all levels.

Managing Quality consult with a wide range of users; ensure that objective methods are used, and that the tools and infrastructure to implement and maintain these methods are available and used; share information on best practice, and where possible, share tools and techniques.

Code of Practice NS will inform decisions in government, business and wider community. Within resources, should meet the aspirations of users Objectivity of methods must be assured Development and maintenance of professional competence and expertise Impartiality of release, and access to NS will be assured
