How are we doing? Performance Summary April 19 – June 19 Repairs Gas Servicing Anti Social Behaviour 50 ASB reports were received, they were about the following… 97.31% of emergency repairs were completed in 24 hours 100% of our homes have a Current Gas Safety Certificate 98.47% of repair appointments were kept Rents Our Homes 2.63% current arrears as a % of rent due the average number of days it takes us to re-let a general needs empty home is Complaints 53 complaints were closed, they were about the following… 10 the average arrears for current tenants is 41 general needs properties have been re-let £364 Customer Service Centre The average call waiting time is 90 seconds 3 81% we have built new homes were ‘Quick Resolutions’ (complaints with a 72hr resolution timeframe). The remaining were resolved in an average of 8 calendar days.
