Why employees matter Employees are the face of your organisation- The goods and services of the Organisation are ultimately provided by the Employee The employee will determine whether the customers and client should trust your goods and services and do business with you. Employees are spokesperson of the Organisation It does not matter whether they are still in the organisation or not
