Excellence in Execution Break-Out Session 1 Instructions for Team Leaders Allow 5-10 mins at start for each participant to write down their personal ideas/takeaways (approx. 5-10 minutes) Choose a Team name, and a designated Presenter for your Team Discuss as a group and complete a Team Presentation (approx 60 mins) At the end of the session, each of the 10 Teams presents back their proposal to the main group at plenary session Team Presentations should be no longer than 3 minutes and cover 3 key ideas, including reasons why chosen
