Include rational on critical requirements. We will to do a critical spec. (Word outline) review with each team at the next class (15 minutes each) Word version emailed to instructor following class for feedback

System Failure/Success Case Study One from each team (individual grade) Identify system failure/success including: What happened What went wrong/right How could it have been prevented/repeated What tools/methods/techniques could have prevented/remediated problem (two of them) Delivered in presentation form to the class (<10 minutes) …see Ford and Mars Spirit Rover examples
