Project Development and Contracting Projects are scoped and developed with our various customers through USACE Project Managers located in Sacramento. Some project’s development is led by Project Managers from other USACE Districts, in coordination with the local Corps. This is most common with specialty type projects, programs, or customers. URO supports various contracts with Huntsville, Charleston, and Louisville Districts. Project Managers work through the Sacramento District Contracting Division to award contracts. URO Administers the contracts with an Administrative Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative.
