CYBERBULLYING Know the signs: A child may be a target of cyberbullying if he or she: Unexpectedly stops using their device Appears nervous or jumpy when using their device Appears to be angry after going online Avoids discussions about what they are doing online A Child may be cyberbullying others if he or she: Quickly switches their screens or hides their device when you are close by Laughs excessively while using their device Demonstrates violent tendencies

CYBERBULLYING Be alert Establish clear and concise online rules ⅓ of online teens (ages 12-17) have been cyberbullied. Girls are more likely to be targeted. Establish clear and concise online rules Establish a Reporting system Make it easy to report abuse Maintain reports to show patterns over time Keep reports confidential and Private
