Update on scheme so far At 1st Oct 2018 11,976 applications received  Over 1,500 accepted as valid 63% increase in number of EPCs done in Nottingham Q3 July-Sept 2018 – 5,517, compared to Q2 Paper application form available Over 400 Temporary exemption requests PayPal option for payment Engagement with over 800 landlords at 16     events since July

Update on scheme so far ASB linked work with landlords and tenants: Number of cases involved with where tenants have stayed (potential homeless situation prevented and eviction costs) 9 cases to date  5 cases of ASB have remained in home and stopped the ASB behaviours and on rent re-payment  / massively reduced their rent arrears.  18 interactions with landlords

Update on mandatory and additional licensing New HMO online application process to align with selective  covers both schemes mandatory and additional Other changes; new fee structure & new licence conditions  Additional - No longer accepting applications for Section 257 HMOs New additional licensing scheme confirmed​ from Jan 2019 Mandatory licensing changes to definition​  removal of 3 stories, includes many more flats, cluster flats, converted buildings, 3 and over purpose build exempt Minimum Bedroom Standards Size 6.51m sq for one person
