Innovative low carbon technologies are not competitive in its premature years As first of its kind biomass projects we are facing multiple challenges: raw material quality is fluctuating in wide ranges No established market quality most of the equipments are demonstration types by themselves biological fermentation process has adaptation times of 4-6 month

We are behind our predicted volumes from 2011 application But NER 300 funding enables us to make this technology successful by additional project team members for trouble shooting by improvement of the supply chain by improvement of the technology But time is needed for improvements! First years of such big pilot plants are always critical Adaptation of date of entry into operation enables us to reach predicted goals
