Scope of Work The scope of the project includes but is not limited to: 1.Research conducted must provide practical guidelines to the following:- Set out an appropriate, effective, efficient and internationally benchmarked model of an e-Learning system that will be suitable for the W&RSETA programmes and stakeholders Propose policy guideline that will inform the establishment of the W&RSETA e-Learning framework Propose guidelines for the development of qualifications, accreditation of providers, learning programme approval and assessment centre accreditation in line with e-Learning best practice Propose a management and maintenance framework of the system Develop guidelines for the monitoring of e-Learning linked to best practice
