Office of Development Critical Success Factors Raise money for the university from private sources. Key Performance Indicator: Amount of gifts and pledges received during the fiscal year. Involve as many individual donors, corporations and foundations as possible in the universitys giving process. KPI: Number of donors to the university KPI: Number of alumni donors to the university Match the universitys priorities and needs with donors interests. KPI: Number of gifts and amount of money directly impacting the universitys goals.
