Animal Facts Description Great whites have grey backs and white undersides and they have a pointy snout. They weigh over 5000 pounds. Diet Like other sharks great whites are carnivores. Great whites eat fish, seals, sea lions, and dolphins. Life Cycle Mama sharks hold their eggs inside their bodies until she’s ready to give birth. When she’s ready their born right away and fully developed. Mama sharks give birth to 2 to 10 babies. Their special name is pup. Great whites have white undersides and grey backs.
