Contract W40010E01 As presented, multiple changes occurred during preliminary engineering phase, resulting in need for increased preliminary engineering scope and $ Changes summarized as follows

Remove Master Plan Original contract scope included development of Master Plan for Jackson Park Milwaukee County Parks requested District not to perform this scope County Parks requests District only develop park improvements for areas affected by flood management (if funded by the District) Park improvements identified in project will be outlined in future ICA

New Flood Storage Areas Preliminary engineering for the 2 new flood storage areas Preliminary engineering for the 2 additional conveyance systems to the new flood storage areas. Additional geotechnical and environmental soil borings associated with these areas Following completion of PE, District will evaluate if changes needed for final design tasks

Contract Schedule/Budget CO will extend schedule to reflect new construction bid date in summer 2021 No change in budget needed at this time

Restore ED Authority ED authority $200,000 ED utilized all authority Request to restore ED’s authority in case any other additional services of minor nature are needed
