Culture of Growth Most important of all is to be part of the community yourself. My co-founder, Matt, and I were those graduates, coming into the job market only to find it wasn’t what we thought it would be. We know what it’s like to feel let down by recruiters, to be treated as expendable units, to be denied meaningful work. When we speak to our community—both employers and candidates—we know we’re united by a vision of the future.
