Organizing Your Presentation Session outline: Introduction Tell them what the aim/objective of the session is Main Body Tell them Conclusion Tell them what you have told them TTM 2

Organizing Your Presentation Introduction: The attention and interest of your participants must be grasped and aroused in the opening moments of the introduction TTM 2

Organizing Your Presentation Introduction: It is useful to relate your subject to some items of topical news, area of general knowledge or a visual aid TTM 2

Organizing Your Presentation Main body: It should progress in clear, logical steps from one step to the next, and Illustrate your subject with examples, verbal or visual TTM 2

Organizing Your Presentation Main body: Take into account the experiences of your participants and relate to familiar things, and Use controlled humor and keep relaxed Laugh! TTM 2
