The Blanket -Summary-

Remember how Great Writing organized a narrative paragraph! The Blanket is a short story told mostly from the perspective of Petey, a sad and angry 11 year old boy. Now listen to your friends and look for: Topic Sentence with TIME, PLACE, & CHARACTER + MAİN İDEA Supporting details with: Beginning that gives more information and a PROBLEM Middle that leads up to a CLIMAX End that FIXES the problem Conclusion Sentence that repeats the MAIN IDEA with: SUGGESTION, PREDICTION or OPINION Did it paint a Picture in your brain? Do you understand how the character(s) feel?
