PRE TEST PREP BEFORE YOU come to school, make sure you had a good night sleep and a good breakfast.

STEP 1- READ AND THEN READ IT AGAIN STEP 1- READ AND THEN READ IT AGAIN ! Make sure to read every question twice WE KNOW THIS TAKES TIME BUT YOU HAVE ALL DAY TO FINISH THE TEST

Step 2- Rephrase the question make sure you understand what the question is asking for know what it is asking

STEP 3- ALWAYS use time periods as a frame of reference By knowing when it happened it gives you a reference to base your answer

STEP 4- READ EVERY ANSWER Carefully STEP 4- READ EVERY ANSWER Carefully! Answers may look alike, but mean something very different

Step 5- eliminate the wrong answers most answers can be found by narrowing down your options This is the 50/50 rule. In most cases you can get it to one of two choices

Step 6-don’t stress on one question move on don’t get stuck on a question move on to one you know you can answer

Step 7- scan the test for answers when taking the test, some questions will contain the answers to other questions
