REBUILD 850 Survey June 2019 The survey shows that more than one in four Floridians think homelessness and unemployment no longer are issues after the storm, while more than three in four believe that mental health, food insecurity and the threat of wildfires no longer are concerns. The survey also indicates that three out of four respondents would not consider donating money to help. Almost half of the people said they would do absolutely nothing to help and fewer than one-third stated they already had donated money to the recovery.
