DRC Students 1253 registered students in 2018 The DRC provides academic accommodations for students with diagnosed disabilities that include, but are not limited to: Learning Disabilities (reading, writing, math, memory, or auditory/visual processing disabilities) Deaf or Hard of Hearing Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Orthopedic Disabilities ADHD/ADD Medical (health) Disabilities Traumatic Brain Injury Blind or Low Vision Speech Disabilities Mental Health Disabilities

Accommodations Accommodations are mandated under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. Faculty’s legal obligation to provide accommodations begins when the accommodation letter is received. Accommodations must be provided as they are stated on the accommodation letter. Accommodations are confidential. Disability information is not included in accommodation letters and should not be questioned by faculty. Accommodation Letters for Professors Students use ClockWork to request that their accommodation letters are sent to faculty. Students access their accommodation letters by going to: myWings --> Student Tab --> My Records --> Clockwork link and then selecting the "Self Registration" link in the Clockwork student user portal. Faculty receive an email to confirm the receipt of the accommodation letter. The DRC is notified of the student request and faculty receipt.

Arranging Exams for Students in the DRC The DRC uses Clockwork for exam administration. Faculty can access the ClockWork portal to view/authorize exam appointments and to upload exam materials for testing. myWings --> Faculty Resources Icon --> Faculty Tools --> Clockwork Methods of Exam Delivery: Submit the exam through the Faculty link for Clockwork. E-mail as an attachment (Word or PDF scanned Format) and send it to drcexams@unf.edu Bring the exam to the DRC office. Methods of Exam Retrieval: Pick up your exam at the DRC. Scanned and emailed back to you. Returned through campus mail.
