How To Make Deviled Eggs By: Diamond Henry

Materials Stove Pot Bowl Egg Platter Knife 3 Spoons Mixing Spoon Gloves

Ingredients Eggs Mayonnaise Sweet Relish Black Pepper Paprika (Garnish) Iodized Salt

STEPS WASH YOUR HANDS!!! Get out a pot, knife, spoon, bowl/plate, and rinse all of your materials off.

Take out all of your ingredients: 7 Eggs, Salt, Mayonnaise, Sweet Relish, Black Pepper, Paprika (Garnish) Fill up half of your pot with water Add the iodized salt to the pot of water Place the 7 eggs into the pot of water Cut the stove on and place the pot onto fire and boil the eggs on medium for at least minutes. Cut the pot off. Take the pair of mittens and bring the hot pot to the sink and run cold water in the pot to cool off the eggs.

Once eggs are cooled off you can start peeling the egg whites off the eggs. (Discard the egg whites and place the inside of the egg whites which is the egg itself into a bowl. Next, take the knife and cut each egg in half one by one and place them onto the egg platter. With a spoon take the inside (yellow part) the cooked yolk and put it back into the bowl and place the egg back onto the plate and do this for all 7 eggs.

Take the spoon and put 2 ½ table spoons of mayonnaise into the bowl and mix it around. Take another spoon and put 2 ½ table spoons of sweet relish into the bowl and mix it around. Pour just a little sprinkle maybe 3 dashes of black pepper into the bowl and continue to mix. Take another spoon and fill in the inside of each egg with the finished product in the bowl.

Sprinkle just about 3 dashes of paprika over the eggs as a garnish (decoration).
