Why AKT Learn how to prepare for and conduct a Kairos Weekend Learn what being a Weekend Leader involves Teaches program consistency throughout the ministry Learn responsibilities of Advisory Council vs Weekend Leader Learn more about the Kairos Program manual, Ezra and other tools and resources available to Leaders Empowerment to lead Weekend

Advanced Kairos Training/AKT Should be attended 12 to 24 months prior to leading a Weekend. (no more than 24 months and no less than 12 months) Registration and Travel should be paid by the State

Advisory Council Once you recognize a potential leader, invite them to an Advisory Council Meeting Educate to purpose and goals of Advisory Council Member Support Love Listen
