2019-2020 MN State Incentives

Qualifier's Must have Supreme and State per capita up to date. Current forms must be submitted: 185, 365, and 1728 (before Feb 1, 2019). Must have Safe Environment compliance completed

NCD or Reactivation $500 to individual(s) who complete the process in starting a new council. SD to make determination on how money is split. GA or FA who helps start a new council or reactivation will get $250. If GA or FA is solely responsible for council start up, top payout will be $500.

Council Level Incentives Any council taking an online member from their prospect list and turning them into a council member will get $20. Any council doing an approved Delta drive resulting in 3 or more new members will receive $50. Each additional member will add $10. This will expire October 31, 2019. Any council obtaining 50% of their net goal by October 31, 2019 will get $20 per new member. Suspensions will be deducted to get a net number. Any suspensions in the pipeline will be included. Councils on the “No Activity List” will be given a $20 incentive for each new member. Minimum of 25% of quota to qualify. Suspensions will be deducted to get a net number. Any suspensions in pipeline will be included. The GK of any council getting STAR status in 2019-20 will receive a $250 gift card.

Member Level Incentives Any member recruiting 5 new members will be given a fleece KofC jacket. Monthly incentives given based on the recruiters list: three $20 gift cards awarded monthly for top three recruiters.

District Level Incentives District Deputy who has 25% of district quota in by September 30, 2019 will get $10 per new member. District deputy who has 50% of district quota in by October 30, 2019 will get $20 per new member. Suspensions will be deducted to get a net number. Any suspensions in the pipeline will be included. Any district deputy achieving STAR district status in 2019-20 will get $500 gift card.
