However, you will compromise a concept How you behave or lead! You must talk about the culture all the time. If you permit certain types of behavior, you are promoting it. The experience that your behavior delivers to others! A elite organization is a shared culture.

A leader is a person on a journey and taking people with them Be a servant leader Build trust with people Achieve results together

3 Leaderships disciplines to building trust Character-Repeated experience of character Competencies-Share your knowledge Connections-Caring, listening, and engaging on a personal level You need to push people beyond the edge of productive discomfort. This way they will embrace change because they trust you.

3 Leadership disciplines to building positive results Clarity-Communication of the vision, strategy, role, and expectation. Where are now? Where are we going? How are we going to get there? What do you want me to do? How am I doing? Accountability-pay attention and give feedback to what you see. Master Observer. Telling people thank you when they are doing their job. Support-Coach them along the way so they are properly trained. What obstacles get in your way of doing your best? What do you need from me to support? Who do you see performing well that I need to say thank you?
