Presentation transcript:

Alma Snow was gently showering and calmly swaying on a dull, eerie town. A joyful little girl named Alma skipped happily and hopped cheerfully down a dark, dirty land. “How come there’s a chalk board?” wondered Alma. “Should I write my name down?” Alma asked herself. On a ledge sat a stick of chalk, so Alma decided to write her name down. SCHREECH! went the chalk. Alma stood back and glanced at her name. Abruptly, a peculiar doll came creaking up in the frosty window. Peering over her shoulder, Alma glanced all over the street. Just then, she spotted a doll in the window of a doll shop. Slowly, Alma approached the window, wiped it with her glove and stared curiously. Momentarily, Alma noticed the doll looked exactly like her from head to toe. Feeling confused, she thought she was day dreaming. As strange as a hedgehog with no spikes, Alma swiftly ran over to the door. Alma tried to open it wouldn’t budge! Furiously, Alma slowly started to walk away but decided to throw a snowball at the door. Suddenly, the door began to open with a creak and Alma went in curiously. Staring at all the dolls, Alma swiftly ran over to her doll. A few moments later, just before she reached her doll, Alma knocked over a boy doll on a bike. Turning back to look at her doll, Alma slowly realised the doll had disappeared. Searching everywhere, Alma spotted the doll on the highest shelf. Determined to get the doll, Alma climbed the shelf and reached for the doll. As scared as someone falling from a cliff, Alma tried to scream but she couldn’t! Slowly, Alma realised what had happened: SHE HAD TURNED INTO THE DOLL!!! What would happen? Twisting and turning, up rose a doll in the frosty window. As soon as the doll had risen, Alma knew exactly what had happened, the next victim was ready… Abbie
