Kostanay Poultry Breeding Plant

Project purpose: High-profitable poultry production enterprise promoting the countrys food security. The project proposes creation of vertically-integrated complex (cluster) of enterprises for production of breeding products (eggs, young poultry), commercial eggs, poultry meat, feeds, egg and meat deep processing products under the wasteless closed technology. Idea. Solution. Success!

Rated capacity of the plant is 115 ths. laying hens. Youth poultry shop is equipped with German devices intended for 120 ths. heads. Mature poultry shop for 115 ths. heads (departments of parental and grandparental stock) is equipped with German multilevel cell equipment, including special selection devices. It includes the whole complex of industrial and auxiliary buildings and facilities required by the technological process for production of quality breeding product. Including: Incubator equipped with digital devices manufactured by Petersime (Belgium) intended for simultaneous load of 420 ths. eggs. Idea. Solution. Success!

Egg Plant Content: 4 assembled buildings, capacity 120 ths. heads, equipped with 6-level cells with automated egg collector, manure disposal device, lighting, heating, ventilation, feeding and watering. Production output of the plant will be 144 mln. eggs per year, from which 10% is intended for sale in the form of assorted packed egg and 90% will be delivered to the egg processing plant for deep processing. Feeds shall be supplied from the feed milling plant, which is a part of the complex. The plant shall be equipped with Anaconda Centralized Egg Collector. Capacity – 480 ths. heads. Idea. Solution. Broiler Plant Capacity: 5 ths.tons of meat per year. The plant will be equipped with automated systems of lighting, heating, ventilation, feeding and watering. Supply of the young poultry of final broiler hybrid will be arranged by Kostanaн PBP. Feed supplies will be made by the feed milling plant, which is a part of the complex. The Product (broilers) will be slaughtered at the established poultry processing plant, which is also a part of the complex. Idea. Solution. Success!

Grain Processing Complex Content: Awila Feed Milling Plant, capacity - 20 tons/hour; Awila Grain Storage (elevator), capacity ths. tons; Procop Mills (150 tons per day); ItalPast Macaroni Factory (10 tons per day). This Grain Processing Complex will enable to provide the breeding plant (egg and broiler plants) with balanced nutrient feeds for manufacture of high-profitable products. The Complex also enables to optimize use of grain and egg products. Idea. Solution. Success!

Egg Deep Processing Plant The plant is equipped with Ovobel devices, world leader manufacturer, capacity 1 mln. eggs per day, and intended for production of high- quality egg products either for retail trade, or for industrial purposes. Specially processed and packed eggs with long storage period, dry products, frozen eggs in a special package for household use and catering services. Egg mixture, white and yolk in liquid, frozen and dry states, packed in a special package for industrial consumer, bakery, pasta, confectionery factories, oil and fat industry, etc. Nonedible products, used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, textile and other industries (lysozyme, avidin, immunoglobulin, sialic acid). Poultry Factory Состав: Slaughter shop. Manufacturer – German EMF. Capacity – 3000 heads per hour. Intended for slaughter of broilers and laying hens, technologically replaced by new poultry. End product is whole and dressed bird, blast chilled and vacuumed. Meat processing shop. Producer: Schulte (Germany). Intended for production of wide assortment of sausages, ham, smoked products, frozen semi-finished products in vacuum package. Total capacity – 5 tons per shift. Cans and paste shop, all products are packed in glass, tin and polymer containers. Capacity – 10 ths. tins per shift. Pet food shop. Idea. Solution. Success!
