Transaction Procedures Welcome to BSIP 101 Transaction Procedures Time Cancellation Instructor: Stephen Wright DPI Technical Consultant

Purpose: Use this transaction to cancel time on a workorder.

One transaction is required to complete this procedure: IW45 Let’s get started -

Your screen should look similar to the example at the right. From the SAP R/3 Easy Access screen box type IW45 or from your favorites menu, select transaction IW45 – Cancel PM Order Confirmation Your screen should look similar to the example at the right.

Cancel PM Order Confirmation: A new window opens: Cancel PM Order Confirmation: Initial Screen Order Tab (Input) Order - Work order number that contains time confirmations to cancel. Activity – Transaction to cancel. Tip: If only canceling time for a single transaction – enter the activity code. Otherwise leave the field blank. Press the <Enter> key

Cancel PM Order Confirmation: A new window opens: Cancel PM Order Confirmation: Initial Screen Tip: If the workorder has been Teco’d, a warning message will display. Click Yes on the dialog box.

Enter PM Order Confirmation: A new window opens: Enter PM Order Confirmation: Operation Overview Click on the Gray Box to the left of each operation; the box serves as a toggle switch to select and de-select the line. Click the Actual Data icon

Enter PM Order Confirmation: A new window opens: Enter PM Order Confirmation: Actual Data Click the Save icon to record changes.

Enter PM Order Confirmation: A new window opens: Enter PM Order Confirmation: Actual Data Input the reason for the cancellation. Click the Back icon to return to the initial screen.

Enter PM Order Confirmation: A new window opens: Enter PM Order Confirmation: Initial Screen Tip: A message appears in the status bar confirming the cancellation. Click the Enter icon if more confirmations on this particular need to be cancelled. OR Click the Exit icon to return to the main menu.
