Goal & Objective Create Contacts at Higher Learning Institutions. Every quarter pick one university if applicable (AMSA/Alumni) Each quarter add a new institution per chapter 74 chapters 3 quarters 1 university/quarter Make 20 contacts per quarter 20 x 3 x 74 = 4440 contacts 74 x 3 = 222 institutions

The Plan! Local Tabligh Secretaries should locate minimum of 3 Universities. Focus on one university per quarter instead of all 3 at once. Have a successful Tabligh module for universities. (National)

Steps Universities Small Towns Find out from local Jama'at about the 3 universities (need September 30th deadline) Prepare a google doc form for local Jama'ats. (need help from national) (August 31 deadline) Maintain a repository of detailed events at unis (maintained nationally) (September 30 deadline) In monthly report, add a field where the local TS can add information on university event. (September 15) Theology department professors and possibility of us becoming guest lecturers. AMSA/Alumni related events Syposium/STC/MMOP/TedX. HQE. Meet a Muslim. MFL Blood drive. One visit per year to masjid/Salaat centre (Compulsory) Small Towns Small towns list prepared by MKA tabligh should be adopted by Jamaat for one year. Local secretary tabligh will lead 4 HQE per year (1 per quarter). The auxiliaries will provide support. 74 chapters x 4 HQE = 296 Have a field added on monthly report to capture tabligh in small towns. Each local chapter should have their own set of HQE banners.

Expectation from Local Chapter Local secretary Tabligh needs to follow the deadlines strictly. Reach out to National Tabligh Department for help where gets stuck. Let national department know if HQE banners set(s) are available at the local level.

Help from National Team Budget University related main event(s). Budget for HAQ banners. Budget for HQE execution. Resources (Literature) Tabligh Module outlining successful University event. Technology support Setup and Maintaining the National Repository with details about university events. A google doc to capture 3 universities per chapter which will be submitted by local secretaries Tabligh. Add a field in the monthly report to capture Tabligh events at the universities.
