What did you learn from the game? Which iteration felt best? Why? Where there bottlenecks and how were they identified? How did the team make decisions? How would things have gone differently if we had appointed a leader? Would the results have been better with one 10 minute planning period at the beginning and one 10 minute period for execution? Did the team work harder or faster in order to achieve a higher score? Why did the score improve so drastically after the team learned about the score that the best teams achieve?
