National Student Clearinghouse Match Process 1.) Start with an Export from WEST (Include name, birthdate, expected year of graduation, and another identifier – WEST ID, Optional ID, cohort/group name up to 50 characters) 2.) Check it over, make any necessary changes to the listing 3.) Format it for NSC (or leave the tech stuff to the techy people (BWF), prices will vary; labor = $100/hour) and send to OCAN for submission to NSC 4.) Results will be returned to you via WEST. From there, you can upload the results back into WEST using the uploader, or have BWF upload the results ($$). Saddle up, we’re going WEST
