Next Steps 1Q: Immediate Term Schedule a series of “one-on-one” conferences with each of the VP’s, their Directors and extended team members to: Better understand each areas needs and requirements; Develop a shared responsibility for implementation; Develop our shared game plan governing the next 18 months +/-; Refine metrics and reporting; Identify way in which marketing team can be more in sync with the needs of each area within the chapter.

2017 Plan Priorities Social Media Starting at the leadership level - drive chapter to greater acceptance and use of social media The best presentations are conversations Add social media tools to website Starting with PM 2.0 / 3.0 and beyond, the most important tools will be the PM’s cell phone and tablet.
