Step one : Identify and select the problem Identify the problem because many people can miss read the situation and not understand what the real problem is. Using the STAR Method is one way of figuring out the what is the real problem and try to come up with a solution that can help resolve this. If no agreement is reached on what is the problem, then the group should regroup and figure out what is the problem until they reach an agreement. Once the group has reached what is the problem they should writ it down .The group should write the problem down so that they will be able to see what is the goal that they needed to reach to end this situation. G15P7805

Step two: Analyse the Problem Now that the group has figured out what is the problem, they should gather up all the information that is possible to find out what is the real cause of this situation that is being experienced. The group should get as enough information as they possible can to figure out what is the main root cause of the problem. G15P7805

Step three: Generate Potential Solutions Now that the problem has been analysed possible solutions should develop. The group should brainstorm all possible solutions together. They is no wrong answer. Once everyone is done each person should have a chance to be able to explain their solution properly to each and every person so that they are not misunderstood and a common understanding is reached. G15P7805

Step four: Select and Plan the Solution There is a variety of possible solution that has been suggested so now it I time to pick one. The group needs to find the best possible solution given all the effects and considerations. Factors that effect the solution should be discussed. The group comes to two possible solutions due to the process of elimination. The last two solution should be properly discussed and thought through. The group should have a consensus to get the best possible solution . The group should gather all possible information on the solution that they have chosen. They group should now come up with an action plan with all the information that has been gathered. G15P7805

Step five: Implement the Solution This is the DO stage where your action plan is put into place with all the information that has been gathered on the solution that has been chosen. G15P7805

Step six: Evaluate the Solution This is the final step and a STUDY should be done on the solution that has been put in to place. If necessary adjustments should be made to improve on the solution. G15P7805

Step two: Analyse the Problem Step one : Identify and select the problem Step three: Generate Potential Solutions Step six: Evaluate the Solution Step four: Select and Plan the Solution Step five: Implement the Solution G15P7805
