Draw real-world challenge cards to test your process 30 minutes A deck of business challenges on your tables Pick up one challenge at a time, don’t look at the others in advance Discuss how the challenge is addressed by the functions and activities you have Add new functions or activities when you can’t tackle a challenge with the original functions and activities Don’t hand out the challenge decks before it’s time to draw challenge cards.
