At the top you can see your name and user role, how to exit the system, book mark it, access the help files and the About link. On the left, you can see the Navigation Tree, which allows you to access different parts of the system. We recommend that you click on the My Workspace link which will take you to the SCP dashboard. Change Home Page To change your Home Page from the default provided: 1. Click the Favorites link on the top navigation. 2. Enter a name for the Favorites and select a location. 3. Select to view more options, and select the Set as Homepage checkbox. Copyright 2019 Exostar LLC. All Rights Reserved.

Favorites (New Bookmarks) Favorites act just like the favorites functionality in many web browsers. The user can navigate to a page and set the page as a favorite. The user is also able to organize favorites by adding folders to the “Favorite” bar and adding new pages to the folder or moving existing pages to the folder. Copyright 2019 Exostar LLC. Favorites (New Bookmarks) To add a page to the Favorites bar: Navigate to desired page. Click the Add to Favorites button. Once the Add to Favorites window displays, the user is prompted to give the page a name and select the location they would like it to display. My Workspace The My Workspace page allows the user to view state information about workflows within the system. The user is presented with a state and the total number of selected workflow items that correspond to the displayed state. Copyright 2019 Exostar LLC. All Rights Reserved.

My Workspace Hide Records: The user has the ability to view or hide records with a count of zero. Refresh Button: The user can refresh the page to show the most current information. Display Preference Add a window Reset Page Filter Window Remove Window Remove Component State: Selected workflow states can be removed from a card by selecting the name of the card and selecting the edit icon Copyright 2019 Exostar LLC. My Workspace – Edit Display Preference Move Window: By grabbing the move icon, the user can move the location of the window to another area of the screen. Remove Window: Removes the window from the view. The user first selects the windows they want to remove then clicks on the Remove button. Save: Saves the user's configuration selections. Exceptions The Exceptions option gives users the ability to view the total number of workflow exceptions based on severity as well as the cumulative number of exceptions. Copyright 2019 Exostar LLC. All Rights Reserved.

Exceptions 1. The user should be able to view a Summary page for the following workflows: Purchase Order Outline Order Delivery Schedule Shipment Receipt eInvoice 2. The Summary page contains the name of the workflow 3. The Summary page contains a search area 4. Upload/Download The user can download information about items in the following workflows: Supply Planning Forecast Order Management Purchase Order Outline Agreement Delivery Schedule Shipment Receipt eInvoice PDF Invoice Copyright 2019 Exostar LLC. All Rights Reserved.

Upload/Download Upload/Download > Downloads > any link under Supply Planning or Order Management Enter search criteria (typically as a minimum you should leave the Run Date as the default setting of the last 7 days and select New and Sent states). Upload/Download - Status Users can the Job Filter which displays the view a status of upload and download requests. It also allows the user to user the Search button to run related filters. Search Function The Search function allows the user to search for information in the system that meets specific criteria. Depending on the selected menu item, the system displays a list of search attributes used by the user to refine the search. Once the desired attributes have entries, the user will be able to click the Search button, and the system will return the result of the search on a List Page. Search is used within the following functionality: Summary Search Upload/Download Email Subscription My Workspace Exceptions History The user should be able to select a workflow to apply to a search. The user should be able to enter search criteria based on the selected workflow. All search criteria are available by default. Copyright 2019 Exostar LLC. All Rights Reserved.

Search Function On the Exceptions workflows, the Outline Agreement, Delivery Schedule, Purchase Order, eInvoice and PDF Invoice contains Problem Creation Date and Problem Last Modified date search criteria, in addition to the criteria. The user can add/remove search criteria using the Table Editor functionality. The user should be able to enter criteria as a date: Users can enter a date range attribute. The user can enter date information using a Calendar. The user can enter a date as YYYY-DD-MM text. The user can enter a date using a date range slider. Search Function The user should able to enter criteria as text. The user can enter alpha-numeric text. The user can enter inclusion and/or exclusion criteria. Text entry fields have Auto-Complete functionality. As part of Auto-Complete, the system displays the last 5 entries made by the user for the given field. The user should be able to enter criteria by using Cut and Paste. The user should be able to enter criteria using a dropdown menu. Contents of the dropdown menu are user-defined. All criteria displays as two columns on the page. The user can save a search. The user can assign a name to the search. All search criteria and available attributes are saved. Search Function Text Entry with Auto-Complete: The user can start typing the order number, and a list of selections display matching the text they entered. The user does not have to know the entire order number, only the first few numbers or letters. Also, the last five searches the user entered on the field display when the user clicks the search field before entering any data. Calendar: The user can either type the date from the calendar window, or by using a slider to indicate the number of days before or after the current date. Table Editor: Allows the user to add, remove, or save search criteria. Advanced Search: The user can specify inclusion or exclusion criteria. Dropdown Menu: The user can select from a list of choices using the drop-down menu. NOTE: Columns display based on screen size and resolution. If the user makes changes to the screen resolution, the number of columns displayed may increase or decrease. The order of the attributes displayed are from left to right, and then top to bottom. Search Function When the user opens a search page associated with the selected Order Management menu option, they can save a search by taking the following actions: 1. Open Summary or Search Page. 2. Search Function The new sub-search functionality allows users to refine search results by entering additional information into the workflow’s defined search criteria. The sub-search functionality is on the List Pages of the following workflows: Forecast/Commit Delivery Schedules Purchase Orders Outline Agreement Shipments eInvoice Receipts PDF Invoice Copyright 2019 Exostar LLC. List Page The system displays the requested information in a table format on the List Page. The List Page is a basic table that displays large amounts of information and allows the user to sort and take action on selected rows. The system provides the user with the following functionality: Perform Actions: The ability to apply predefined actions on an item in a list. An example would be to Create Shipment by selecting an item in the list that met the prerequisite for shipping. Download: The user can download the list to view in Excel or another program. Export Table Editor Sub-Search Column Editor: Freeze/Unfreeze: Allows the user to move the column into the Frozen area of the table. When the user scrolls horizontally, the frozen area stays in place, while the rest of the table moves. Collapse: The column is hidden from view. The user can expand the column by clicking on the corresponding Ellipses icon. Resize: The user can modify the size of the column. Remove: The user can remove the column from view. Table Configuration Table configuration allows the any user to add or remove data from the List Page as desired, as well as specify the sort order of the table by selecting columns for hierarchical searches up to level. Customization changes can be made as a default (stays in place even if you logout) or as a temporary update (only in place for a particular login session). Changes are made per user. The system provides the user with the following functionality: 1. Access Table Editor The user can access the Table Editor by clicking on the cog wheel. Once clicked, a menu displays the Table Editor menu option. 2. Define Grid Columns Available Columns The system displays all columns currently not in view. The default columns displayed to the user are selected by the Rolls Royce stakeholders. From this list, the user can select one, all, or many additional columns to be displayed in the table. Table Columns Displays all columns that the use can view from the List Page. From this list, the user can select one, all, or many columns to be removed from the List Page table. Table Configuration Frozen Column Section Display on the left columns on the List Page table. Frozen columns indicat in the Table Column section of the Table Editor by a white snowflake surrounded by a blue box. Frozen columns are editable by the user. The user can change the frozen state of a default column. The user can move a default defined Frozen column to the Available Column list. The user can freeze or unfreeze one, all, or many columns. Collapse/Expand Users can define that a column is displayed as collapsed or expanded. Reorder Table Columns The user can change the order columns display. Table Configuration 3. Define Multi-Column Sort Available Columns The user can select from a list of columns currently viewable on the List Page and add them to the Hierarchical Sort. Only five columns can be used in the sort. Sort Hierarchy The sort only supports a Hierarchical range of 5. Column Sort Order The column can be sorted in ascending or descending order. 4. Cancel Ignore all changes in the Table Editor and return the user to the List Page. 5. Save and Close Save the changes made to the table and return the user to the List Page. Special Characters Data in SCP-RR When you enter information in SCP-RR as part of a response that will be sent to Rolls-Royce, some special characters should be avoided. For example, the ‘Supplier Comments’ field on a Delivery Schedule response can use the more basic special characters such as :*"#?~/()-;!&%_{}+,$@ []>=< But you should not enter letters with accents or special characters on them or double byte characters. Creating New Users or Orgs for SCP-RR If you create a new user for SCP-RR, or set up a new organization that needs access to SCP-RR, you should ONLY USE the basic 26 letters of the alphabet, numbers and the dash (“-”) symbol.
