Good attendance at Commissioning Reference Group meetings (our patient group forum)*. Communications and Engagement 2015/16 Future Plans • Communications campaign to market the GP Health Hubs. • Develop digital communications plan to enhance social media platforms i.e Twitter/Facebook etc. • Continued development of future publications i.e CCG Insight, Annual Report. • Develop campaign for winter system resilience and flu. • More inclusivity – pictorially and content - in our publications to ensure all areas of the public are reflected and feel involved.
