YEMA 1 can condense milk ½ cup peanut roosted Cellophane red and green , sauce pan ladle, stove

INGREDIENTS: (QUICK PUTO) 1 Cup APF (All Purpose Flour) 1/2 Cup Coco/white Sugar 12 Grams Baking Powder 1/3 Cup Evaporated Milk (I prefer Bear Brand liquid milk or Alpine) 2/3 Cup Water 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract  

Procedure (YEMA) 1. Roast the peanut into the sauce pan until it turns into brown. Grind the roasted nuts. 2. Open the condense milk pour onto the sauce pan use very low fire.

3. Stir frequently to avoid the butter to stick on pan. 4. When the butter turns to sticky turn off the stove. 5. Cut the cellophane into 2X2 inches form little balls of yema and place them into the cellophane.

Procedure: (QUICK PUTO) 1. Mix all ingredients until smooth. 2. Pass through sieve to make sure no lumps of flour. 3. Pour butter into molds. 4. Steam for 10 minutes.
